Serving Raw: Food should stay frozen until the day of feeding, place in refrigerator the day before and take out 30 minutes prior to feeding, or place the frozen block(s) in a bowl to thaw, for 1.1/2 to 2 hours (rinsing speeds up the thawing processes).

Serving Cooked: Food should stay frozen til the day of cooking, place the frozen block(s) as desire to thaw out, and cook as desire do not add condiments only herbs or veggies.

Handling: Wash your hands with soap and hot water immediately after handling raw meat to prevent any cross-contamination with other surfaces or foods.
